An article by Roger Gibson, ‘The Critical Path, Delay Analysis and “Windows”’, was published in the latest issue of the ‘Construction Law Review’ (issue 7, 2008). The article focuses on HHJ Toulmin’s judgment in the Mirant Asia v Ove Arup dispute.
